Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using CreatorPanel ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CreatorPanel aggregates public creator statistics from third-party 3D-model platforms (MakerWorld, Printables, Creality Cloud, Nexprint, MakerOnline, Cults3D) into a single dashboard. We access those platforms using session tokens you provide through our browser extension or paste manually. We do not store platform passwords.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and platform tokens secure. You must be at least 18 or have parental consent. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices include VAT where applicable. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

• You may only sync platform accounts you personally own or are authorised to manage.
• You will not use the Service to scrape data about third parties.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or probe the Service.
• You will not share your account with others.

6. Third-party platforms

CreatorPanel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the platforms it aggregates. We use each platform's public HTTP APIs on your behalf. You remain bound by each platform's own terms of service. If a platform changes its API or your account is restricted there, we cannot be held responsible for data gaps.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Numeric values shown (downloads, earnings, conversions to € / $) are best-effort estimates based on platform-provided data and our stated conversion rates; they must not be relied upon for tax, accounting, or legal purposes without independent verification.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorPanel's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice by email. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
